A real English country garden to enjoy this weekend
This Sunday (June 3), you can visit the stunning gardens at The Old Vicarage at Holbeach Hurn.
The gardens are open to visitors between 1-5pm as part of the National Garden Scheme which raised over £3 million last year for various charities.
The gardens spread over two acres with mature trees, an old grass tennis court and croquet lawns surrounded by borders of shrubs, roses and herbaceous plants. Plus, there is a pond, wild flowers, grasses and a herb garden.
Entry is £3, and free for children. Dogs on short leads are welcome. Home-made teas and refreshments are available.
The Old Vicarage can be found on Low Road. (Postcode PE12 8JN).
