Legendary play coming to Spalding stage
This weekend a much-loved theatre group promises to tell an incredible story.
Georgian royals will be taking to the stage at Spalding’s South Holland Centre when Act II take on legendary drama the Madness of King George III.
The Advanced Skills group from the Spalding based theatre company will be stepping into the roles of Doctor Willis and the Prince of Wales as they bring Alan Bennett’s play to live.
There will be two performances, one on Friday and another on Saturday, capturing the love for King George while harnessing the music of Handel.
