Refreshments will also be handed out afterwards.

Laura Chow, Head of Charities, People’s Postcode Lottery, said: “First Time for Everything activities are a safe, gentle and enjoyable way to boost physical and mental health and wellbeing, particularly for those that are older or less mobile.

“Thanks to the players of People’s Postcode Lottery, local people can look forward to some great sessions out in the fresh air.”

Booking will be essential as places for the Spalding event are limited.

To register for a place, contact Andrea Briggs on 07468 701994.

Proceedings will kick off at 3.30pm and will run for two hours until 5.30pm. Entry is free.
