Paul Watkins-Groves, General Manager at EMG in Spalding, is one of the sponsors of the Pride Awards Service with a Smile, for the third year running, writes Jan Whitbourn.

Paul said: "We would like to continue to support this event and feel it helps reward those in our community who go the extra mile in their day to day endeavours, be it work or socially.

"Many of the nominees in the awards are unaware how much they actually mean to the community and those

within it and how their actions have a profound effect on so many people. EMG is proud to be involved to help congratulate those people by supporting the Pride Awards.

"Over the past three years we have seen the impact the award ceremony has on those individuals and how far the news of their good work travels and again we are delighted to be involved. This event rewards these people for their work that goes further than just a professional recognition."
