Tribute act Status Quote kick off a series of upcoming charity events at Pinchbeck Village Hall.

Tickets are currently on sale for their concert on Saturday, March 24, which is a welcome return for the band.

Organiser and promoter Alan Hansard said: “They are always popular.

“They’ll be doing the well-known hits and we like them as they’re pretty local. The singer is from Boston and the drummer comes from Downham Market.”

The band will be supporting themselves as their alter ego ‘The Spectres’ with ‘60s covers, before coming back on stage at Status Quote.

Also coming up in April is Ray Fenwick, then duo Velvet Souls, who cover everything from dance and disco to rock. To book for Status Quote call Alan on 07531 140753. Tickets cost £8, or £10 on the door and doors open at 7.30pm.

Money raised will go towards the CLIC Sargent Charity and Pinchbeck Village Hall.
