He will be signing copies of his new book and having a chat with potential readers.

He will then be hosting a similar event on October 30 at Bookmark, where his book is available to buy.

You can catch him there from 10.30am onwards.

Mark, who used to be part of the aptly-named former Spalding band A Story To Tell, previously told the Spalding Guardian that he was inspired to write the book by his two young daughters.

“I’ve written three of the books for what is probably going to be a series,” he said.

“It’s something that I’ve been looking forward to since I signed a publishing deal back in November 2020. I’m really excited about it.

“The whole idea behind ‘Today I Want To Be’ is that you can then choose whatever you want to be the next day.

“It’s just how kids’ imaginations work, isn’t it? One day they want to be a princess, the next they’re a dragon, the next they’re a witch. That’s where the idea for this book came from.”

He is also working on a nother children’s novel at the moment.
