Fury (15, South Holland Centre Cinema, Spalding, from Monday)

Brad Pitt hopes to replicate the success he had with World War Z – with World War II in tank-drama Fury.

He stars as battle-hardened army sergeant Don ‘Wardaddy’ Collier, who commands a five-man crew – including Shia LeBeouf and Logan Lerman – in a Sherman tank on a deadly mission into the heart of Nazi Germany, as the war comes to a close in April of 1945.

Acclaimed End of Watch writer/director David Ayer is on the same duties again, as this shot to number one spot both sides of the pond and commanded general favourable reviews.
