ALBUM REVIEW: In a spin with Grammy award-winner David Guetta
David Guetta - '7' : Out now
International DJ/producer David Guetta has a certain Midas touch.
He is the man behind many of the huge dance hits you'll have heard on the radio and any artist working with him seems to have struck gold.
Who doesn't remember the phenomenal hit 'Titanium', featuring Australian songstress Sia?
While Sia was already an accomplished musician in her own right, the collaboration surely propelled her even further into the limelight.
Guetta has a distinguishable talent for finding a beat and throwing in punchy synths and mixes to create a hit.
And this is his long-awaited seventh studio album, aptly titled '7'.
It features singles already well known such as 'Don't Leave Me Alone' with singer Anne-Marie; '2U' with Justin Bieber and 'Flames' - again with Sia.
She appears twice on the album with additional track 'Light Headed'.
The double album features a second component of 12 tracks under his 'Jack Back' alias - a homage to his roots as as DJ in Paris.
So the album represents a full cycle to him, taking him back to the start.
