Could you tell the tale behind an image which captures the imagination?

As part of this year’s Deepings Literary Festival, which takes place from Thursday, April 28 to Sunday, May 1, the popular short story competition returns.

The contest asks for a 500 word piece inspired by the pictured image of a railway station from Deeping St James.
