Football Association reveals shake-up of the National League system
Spalding United will be playing in the newly-created Northern Premier League Midlands Division next season.
The Tulips will face a number of new tests and clashes against familiar foes following the allocation of clubs in a shake-up of the National League system.
Bourne Town have been moved into Division One of the Eastern Counties League where they will be joined by near neighbours Blackstones as well as Peterborough North End Sports and Parson Drove who have been promoted from the Peterborough League.
Fellow United Counties League clubs Huntingdon Town and Whittlesey Athletic have also been moved alongside the Wakes.
The United Counties League has been split into two divisions with Deeping Rangers, Holbeach United and Pinchbeck United playing in the Premier Division North.
They will be joined by county newcomers Skegness Town while also facing trips to Eastwood, Gresley, Long Eaton and Selston.
Northern Premier League Midlands Division: Bedworth, Belper, Cambridge City, Carlton, Chasetown, Coleshill, Corby, Daventry, Halesowen, Histon, Ilkeston, Loughborough Dynamo, Shepshed Dynamo, Soham Town, Spalding United, Sporting Khalsa, Stamford, Sutton Coldfield, Wisbech Town, Yaxley.
United Counties League Premier Division North: Anstey Nomads, Boston Town, Deeping Rangers, Eastwood CFC, Gresley, Heanor, Heather St John, Holbeach United, Leicester Nirvana, Long Eaton, Loughborough University, Melton Town, Newark, Pinchbeck United, Quorn, Selston, Skegness Town, Sleaford Town.
Eastern Counties League Division One: Blackstones, Bourne, Debenham, Diss, Downham, FC Parson Drove, Framlingham, Great Yarmouth, Harlestone, Huntingdon, Ipswich Wanderers, King's Lynn Town Reserves, Leiston Reserves, Needham Market Reserves, Norwich CBS, Peterborough North End Sports, Sheringham, UEA, Whittlesey, Wisbech St Mary.
