Moulton Harrox maintain perfect start, Crowland Town win comfortably but Holbeach United Reserves draw against Stamford Lions

In the Premier Division of the Chromasport Peterorough & District league, Moulton Harrox maintained their perfect start to the season with a tight 2-1 win against newly-promoted Eye United, for their fourth win of the season.

Also, Crowland Town continued their march to the top of the league with a good 4-2 win at home to Ketton.

But, Long Sutton got a good point away to last season's high-flyers Uppingham Town after drawing 1-1, and Holbeach United Reserves also drew but this time it was away to Stamford Lions, who picked up their first points of the season, the Tigers goals were from Josh Balding and Tom Coote.

Meanwhile, in Division One, Tydd St Mary continued their good win from last week with a good 4-0 win against Pinchbeck United Reserves.

Rippingale & Folkingham drew 3-3 with Oundle Town, but Moulton Harrox Reserves lost narrowly 4-3 away to FC Peterborough, and Crowland Town Reserves lost comprehensively 8-0 away to Stamford Belvedere.

In Division Two, Deeping Rangers Reserves continued their unbeaten start to the season with a good 4-2 win against Orton Rangers thanks to a brace from Jordan Avis and goals apiece for Will Howarth and Nathan Pickering.

Long Sutton Reserves got their third win of the season with a 3-0 at home to Hampton, but Holbeach United Sports struggled with a 4-0 loss at home to Wittering Premiair Reserves.

In Division Three, Tydd Reserves picked up their second win of the season with a very good 6-0 win against bottom of the league Stamford Lions Reserves.

Meanwhile, in Division Four, Deeping United maintained their perfect start to the season with an 8-0 thrashing against Long Sutton 'A', with a hat-trick from Nathan Smith, a brace from Matthew Gunns and singular goals for Steve Juckias, Steve Christmas and Ryan Ellwood.

Thurlby Tigers got their third win of the season with a 3-1 win at the hands of Huntingdon Town, thanks to a hat-trick by Ian Goode.

Finally, in Division Five, Sutton Bridge continued their unbeaten start to the season with an 11-1 demolition against Dreams Reserves thanks to five goals from Kurt Scott, and two goals each for Ben English, Joseph Sutton and Ben Thompson, but on the wrong side of an 11 goal scoreline was Holbeach Bank who lost 11-4 at home to Thorpe Wood Rangers Reserves.

Langtoft United also maintained their unbeaten start to the season as they beat Deeping Rangers Reserves, and NECI Reserves were beaten 4-2 at home to Rippingale & Folkingham Reserves.

Meanwhile, in the Balcan Lighting Supplies Lincolnshire Football League, Wyberton lost 1-0 away to Keelby United.

In the Main Ridge Takeaway Reserve Cup, Swinshead Institute Reserves were on the right side of an 11-goal scoreline, winning 6-5, Park United Reserves lost 2-1 at home to Railway Athletic Reserves,

In the Boston Workforce Unlimited Saturday League's Premier Division, Swineshead Institute took part in an eight goal thriller and drew 4-4 away to Connigsby, and Skegness Town Reserves won a tight 1-0 at home to Pointon.

In Division One, Boston College lost 4-2 at home to Eagle United, Boston Town Reserves 4-1 away to Woodhall Spa United, but Spalding Harriers got their first win of the season with a good 2-0 win away to Pointon Reserves.

In Division Two, Fishtoft won 3-0 away to Billinghay Athletic for their first win of the season, and Skegness Town 'A' won 4-1 away to Boston Athletic.

Finally, in Division Three, Holbeach Bank lost a tight 1-0 to Boston Bears, Pinchbeck United Sports won 5-3 away to FC Wrangle, and Fishtoft Reserves drew 2-2 with Swineshead Institute 'A'.
