Spalding RFC pulled off their most impressive win of the Midlands One East season to date as they crushed Paviors 39-0 on Saturday – moving out of the bottom two in the process.

Town are now just two points behind Kettering after the emphatic Memorial Field success, as they bid to climb out of the drop zone.

There were also wins for Deepings and Bourne in Midlands Three East (South) and Midlands Four East (South) respectively. Deepings beat Old Newtonians 21-13, while Bourne cruised past Wellingborough OG 39-5.
