RUGBY: Heavy loss leaves Town in danger

SPALDING RFC suffered a blow in their bid for Midlands One East survival on Saturday, as leaders Derby crushed them 73-21 at the Memorial Field.

With Coalville beating Leighton Buzzard 34-21, Town are now just two points clear of the drop zone with two games left to play.

They are at Loughborough (April 14) and at home to Ilkeston (April 21).
