The age group winners were Lawson Capes (under-11 boys - Nene Valley), Max Brookes (under-13 boys - Diss), Zac Grinstead (under-15 boys - Luton), Lucy Oakley (under-15 girls - West Norfolk), Christian Archer (under-17 boys - Notts), Kenyeh Soyei (under-17 girls - Bedford).

The seniors also had a good attendance and some high-ranking throws by Elizabeth Moorehouse (under-20 women - Nene Valley), Kian Meadows (under-20 men - unattached) and Arturas Gurklys (senior men - Sheffield).

Coach Lewis Capes said: "It was a great close to the indoor season and now the athletes start their summer programmes for the outdoor season starting next month."
