FISHERMAN’S Arms swept their way to Spalding Sunday League’s Knockout Cup.
They routed Fenway 5-0 at last weekend’s finals night held at their home venue in Pode Hole.
Holbeach USC had good representation on the night, supplying all contenders for the singles and doubles finals.
Terry Shaw took the first frame in the singles final, but Darren Woodbury hit back to take the title 2-1.
And the duo teamed up for the pairs final, dropping the first leg against Duncan Croker and Chris Chamberlain before taking two on the trot.
Golden Ball collected the Division B trophy as champions, having only been relegated from the top flight last season.
They bounced straight back and went undefeated after the first three league games.
The team, which finished the season playing at Lincoln Arms following the closure of the Golden Ball a couple of months ago, have moved the team to the Drayman’s Arms for next season (starts September 11).

The Spalding event is at the Services Club from 7.30pm.
