The start of the Boston Wheelers 10 Mile TT League saw Velo-One riders Neil Palmer (21:55) and Antony Gough (22:30) posting the first and second fastest times on the night.
Solid times were also delivered by Dan Carr (24:15 – fourth) and Earl Taylor (24:22 – fifth).
The evening was marred by a crash for V1 rider Nick Millward who broke his collarbone.
Spalding-based Palmer continued his fine form at Saturday’s Lea Valley 10 Mile TT, posting 20:28 in the top 20 of a 170-rider field.
Madeline Verdegaal got her road racing season back on track with a top-10 finish at round one of Behind the BikeShed Series at Thruxton.
Her focus now shifts to Sunday for the Women’s Lincoln Grand Prix.
A full 140-rider field and a equal prize fund of £4,800 promises to deliver good racing.
