After a busy Easter weekend, stock car and banger racing returns to the Adrian Flux Arena, King’s Lynn, with four formulas set to provide an action-packed night of racing on Saturday (6pm).
Leading South Holland’s contingent into action in the two-litre stock cars will be Moulton’s Jamie Clayton.
Third in last year’s track championship, Clayton sat out this year’s opener on a wet track but managed third in the final at the Norfolk track’s second event in mid-March. He followed that up with fourth in the final on Easter Saturday.
Also racing in the big cars will be Robert Heanes (Holbeach) and shale track expert Simon Venni (Sutton St James).
Returning to action in the 1300cc stock cars will be Spalding veteran Dean Whitwell.
The 1500cc banger entry features many local drivers including Spalding’s Jason Clow.
The lady banger entry features Holbeach-based mother-and-daughter duo Bridgett Woolley and Suzie Lambe. Woolley is making her first appearance of the season.
