CYCLING: Ellis pushed hard at Spalding time trial

Have your say

IT was business as usual at the head of the leaderboard with Adam Ellis (23.17mins) first in round five of Spalding Cycling Club’s 10-mile time trial championship at Pode Hole.

He was chased hard by Neil Palmer in second with a personal best time of 23.22mins.

There were a handful of PBs but one of the strongest rides came from young Sam Bentley whose PB was good enough for 5th place!
