Eighty-eight players took to the course at Sutton Bridge for the Centenary Pro Am tournament.

Teams from Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire enjoyed a very hot day with the course in excellent condition.

Three generations of one family made up one team, John and Ann Cross from Sutton Bridge were joined by their son John E (from Middleton) and their grandson Will, who is a professional at Thetford.

This was one of a series of events the club is organising this year to celebrate 100 years.

Result: 1 Paul Streeter (Lincoln professional) 69, 2 Daniel Greenwood (Forest Pines) 70, 3= Scott Emery (Woodhall Spa), Tom Rastall (Sleaford), Adam Keogh (Spalding) 72.
