Ayscoughfee’s Ash Caress collected two titles at the National Championships.
He won the EBF 2 wood Triples at Skegness with Chris Warboys and Paul Caress, representing Lincolnshire.
They saw off Northumberland 24-9 in the final following wins over Derbyshire (25-13), Northamptonshire (28-7) and Durham (20-16).
Ash was also victorious with Boston’s Jonathan West in the Under-25 Pairs.
They beat Humberside (21-11), Northamptonshire (23-10) and Norfolk (23-11) before the final against Derbyshire (19-15) saw them crowned champions.
In the EBA 3 wood Triples at Royal Leamington Spa, the Spalding trio lost 18-16 in the first round to last year’s winners from Berkshire which included a player who was in the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
In the EBF 3 wood Triples at Skegness, they got a first-round bye and beat Nottinghamshire 15-12 in the quarter-final.
The semi final clashed with Leamington and was unable to be rescheduled so Derbyshire got a walkover.
