NO less than 151lbs of fish were caught by 14 members of Holbeach and District Angling Club at a stellar Baytree Cup match.
Out in front at Cement Bridge with a bulging net of 21lbs 4oz worth of roach and skimmers was Tom Wilson. He fished at ten metres, using big maggot.
Second spot went to Steve Pell with an impressive 17lbs 12oz of roach taken on maggot and hemp, while Andy Squance managed 16lbs 10oz to place third using the same method.
Jonathan Stubley was fourth with 16lbs 4oz – a net that would normally be good enough to win.
This Sunday sees the Curry Cup at Cement Bridge (draw 7.30am).
