Footballers on Holbeach United's new scholarship programme take on King's Lynn team

Holbeach United are staging their final pre-scholar fixture of the season tonight (Tuesday).

The club's academy side are taking on King's Lynn Elite at Carter's Park with a 7.30pm kick-off.

Entry is free to watch the students who are part of a brand new scholarship programme that starts this September.

Manager Callum Lawe said: "The game is about us giving a strong team performance, the boys working for each other on and off the ball, showing that they have taken in our instructions and not panicking if we are under pressure.

"These boys have been selected by us but they have chosen to take on that so I want them to have fun, enjoy themselves and show their quality and class."
