Pinchbeck United and Langfoft United both booked their places in the quarter-finals of the Lincs Junior Cup on Saturday.
Pinchbeck beat Tetney Rovers 5-1, while Langtoft won 1-0 away to Scunthorpe League side Barnetby.
Four goals from Ollie Maltby and Liam Ogden’s finish saw off Tetney. After Pinchbeck led 3-0, Tetney pulled one back after the break, but two late goals killed the tie off .
In the quarters they will face Nettleham at home.
This latest cup win for Pinchbeck means they have reached the quarter-final stage of three different cup competitions.
Langtoft will again have to travel, but not quite so far. This time they have been drawn away to Boston League Premier Division side Coningsby.
For their last 16 tie, the Vikings had to make a 70-mile journey to face Barnetby,
Following a goal-less first half, Langtoft clinched the tie after the break.
Glenn Spearink’s spot kick bounced off the bar, with Jobi Froud heading the rebound to Ash Firth, who volleyed into the net.
