A goal in each half from Andrew Tidswell, Mitch Griffiths and Lewis Webb put the Tulips into the last eight against a Kirkby Roaders side who are 35 places above them in the Evo-Stik Premier Division.
Meanwhile, Deeping Rangers came from a goal down to beat Harrowby United 3-1 at the Haydon Withams Stadium after goals from by Spencer Tinkler (penalty), Tom Palmer and Jordan Avis.
Finally, Bourne Town reached a milestone at Abbey Lawn where they beat St Neots Town Youth & Saints.
