Spalding United are back home on Saturday, aiming to end the wait for a first win of 2018.
The Tulips have collected just two points from five games – both coming at the Sir Halley Stewart Field.
They suffered a seventh successive away defeat, going down 2-0 at Chasetown last weekend.
Spalding are four points ahead of 19th-placed Market Drayton Town going into the meeting.
Boss Chris Rawlinson said: “This is a massive game and a huge chance to put a proper gap between us.
“We have home advantage but I’m getting bored of doing quite well and being beaten.
All the lads would really welcome more support from the people of Spalding to help us get three important points on Saturday.Chris Rawlinson
“I saw Market Drayton’s 8-0 defeat at Frickley Athletic three weeks ago.
“They will be coming here with an opportunity to gain ground in catching us.
“On the other hand, we see this game as our chance to get some distance from them.
“They will work as hard as they can but I feel we have more quality in our side. That should come through if we also work hard.

Michael Antkowiak has returned to Lincoln City’s academy following his work experience loan as number one Michael Duggan is back from holiday.
Ben Davison will return to the Tulips’ squad along with Lincoln youth-team striker Luke White.
Captain Gary King must complete a three-match ban.
Spalding were beaten by a single strike away to Market Drayton in September.
The Shropshire side have failed to score in the last three games.
Two wins at the start of 2018 were their only victories since November.
