Holbeach have received a big boost today after signing former Tiger Tommy Treacher from United Counties League rivals Deeping Rangers.
Treacher was part of last season’s title winning squad at Carter’s Park but was one of many players who left the club weeks later.
However, the striker has not enjoyed much game time at Outgang Road and has decided to return to Holbeach.
Delighted Tigers boss Glen Maddison said earlier: “I wanted to keep him when I joined the club (in June) but he had already made his mind up that he wanted a change of scenery.
“But things haven’t quite worked out for him there and he always said he would return if that was the case.I am really chuffed we have got him.”
Treacher goes straight into the squad for Saturday’s trip to Yaxley.
Maddison has also put in seven days’ notice for two other players.
