Spalding United under-13s overturned a three-goal first-half deficit to beat Deeping Amber in the Peterborough and District Junior Alliance.

Doubles by Sam Bayly and Jamie Mills secured all three points.

Spalding Blue won 7-2 at Hungate Rovers in Under-15 Division Two with goals from Sam East (2), Jordan Blackbourn (2), Jake Hollis, Elliot Ramsden and George Jackson.

Spalding under-14s lost by a single strike to Grantham while the under-12s won 5-2 at Park Farm Black.

Jacob Stokes and Will Johnson scored in Spalding’s 4-2 defeat to Bourne Town at under-11 level.

Spalding under-10s beat Glinton & Northborough Black 4-3 with two goals each for Oliver Smith and Charlie Caller.

Deeping Rangers Blue struck an early blow in the 
Under-11 Division One title race with a 2-0 victory over One Touch on Sunday.

Deeping, runners-up to the Stamford side in last season’s Under-10 Red Zone, went in front in the fifth minute when Shane Bointon capitalised on a goalkeeping error.

Deeping sealed victory when Harry Barsby crossed for Bob Horne to score at the far post in the second half.

Juniors under-14s won 7-3 at Thurlby Tigers. Will Bootman was also on target.

Pinchbeck under-13s lost 3-1 to Netherton with Jordan Johnson converting a free-kick.

After an emphatic 5-0 win over Netherton Buzzards in their opening league game, Holbeach United Yellows 
under-12 shared four goals at Werrington Athletic Blue. On target were Jordan Elston and James Clark.

Holbeach under-14s drew 3-3 at G&N Amber thanks to Liam Scales’ double and an own-goal.
