CYCLING: Gough's welcome return to form

It was a successful weekend for Velo-One Cycling at the first of the 2019 season’s Lincolnshire RRA Time Trial Championship events.

The team, who race to raise awareness of Type 1 Diabetes and the charity JDRF, had five riders taking to the start line for the 50 mile event and secured their 10th LRRA team title since forming just over three years ago.

After an indifferent start to this season, the race saw a welcome return to form for Antony Gough. After seven individual podiums in LRRA Championship events since 2016, his time of 1:55:00 was enough to finally secure an individual title for the first time.
