Spalding 3rd won by four wickets at Cavaliers to claim third spot in South Lincs League division three.
Early Spalding wickets left Cavaliers in trouble at 26-3 , but some valuable contributions further down the order left Town chasing a very competitive 151 in their 45 overs.
Pick of the bowlers were Richard Gilbert (3-27) and Joe Lyon (3-31).
Opener Will Holmes scored a fine 30 and Tyler Wright dispatching the ball to all parts of the ground as he played a magnificent innings of 79 not out, his 50 coming up in 53 balls.
Skipper Jim Clarke said: “Tyler was fantastic today. He kept wicket well and his innings was a different class.
“We have been struggling up the top for most of the season so to see a class 30 from Will Holmes really set a great platform on which we could build from.
“The lads fielded well and it was nice to see Gilly bowl to his potential.”
