Spalding Town, Market Deeping and Bourne all endured a day to forget in the Lincs ECB Premier League on Saturday.
Relegation-threatened Spalding suffered a six-wcket loss at Skegness, after their tally of 161-9 was surpassed.
Josh Newton (58), Charlie Kearns (29) and Rob Ambrose (28) scored well for Town, but their progress was halted by the impressive Sean Williams (6-40).
Skegness were always favourites from then on. And, despite figures of 2-49 from Warren Nel, Norman Brackley (29no) eased them home in the 37th over.
Luckily for Spalding, rivals Haxey also suffered a heavy loss at the hands of Grimsby, meaning they are 33 points clear of the drop zone with four games left.
Elsewhere, Deeping’s slim title hopes were ended by high-flying Sleaford. Chris Jones hit 50 for the hosts at Outgang Road, but they were all out for just 144.
Sleaford knocked that off for the loss of just three wickets, thanks largely to a an unbeaten 79 from Tom Shorthouse.
Bourne, meanwhile, suffered a nine-wicket battering by Bracebridge Heath. They were all out for 101, before Nick John and Brett Houston both made 48 not out to guide the hosts home.
Darren Cousins did dismiss Bracebridge skipper Paul Cook for a golden duck on the first ball of their reply – a fate suffered by Bourne captain Peter Morgan in the opening ball of the match.
