Three Counties Running Club members produced positive results around the country on varied terrain.
The King’s Lynn 5K had more personal best times last weekend.
Fresh from their triathlon exploits in Lisbon, Sue George and Colin Simpson were on the Sussex coast for a 5K and then cycled off to Worthing to watch father and son Richard and Joseph Hammond join thousands of others in 25C heat running the Worthing 10K.
Closer to home, three club members tried to beat the tide and tackle the sand at the Hunstanton 10K.
