The Nene Valley Harriers sprinter won a bronze in the junior boys 200m but this time he will be running in the intermediate age group.
In the under-15 boys long jump Lee Addison from Sir John Gleed School, Spalding, stretched his personal best to 6.24m at the Anglian Schools Championships – putting him fourth in the UK rankings.
Other locals in action are Spalding Grammar School’s Jack Roffe in the junior boys’ shot putt, Ashley Sandall (Thomas Cowley High School) in the senior boys’ 400m, Jasmine Allen (Bourne Grammar School) in the intermediate girls’ long jump and Rosie Fresen (Spalding High School) in the pole vault.
