I read with interest in the Spalding Guardian of Thursday, May 24 that Coun Roger Gambba-Jones is thinking of taking action against Network Rail for rubbish on their land which has not be cleared.
Residents of South Holland who do not have their rubbish collected on Bank Holiday Mondays are deprived of a service which councillors when standing for re-election stated would not be eroded.
The council are in breach of the Equalities Act of 2010 in that they are not giving the same service to all residents of South Holland.
I suggest that Coun Gambba-Jones sorts his own “back yard” out before he starts on Network Rail.
