Hovenden House care home with nursing in Fleet, part of the charity Leonard Cheshire Disability, is calling on the local community to get baking between February 9 and 15 to help provide life changing care and support for people with disabilities.

‘Give and Bake’ is an opportunity for friends, family and work colleagues to get together for a cup of tea and a slice of cake in exchange for a donation, which will directly support disabled people locally. Every pound raised will make a huge difference.

We know that one-in-six people are disabled in the UK, and that disability can affect anyone at any time in their lives.

When it does, Leonard Cheshire Disability is there to help people live a positive and fulfilling life.

It’s really easy to get involved in ‘Give and Bake’. To register visit or call 020 32420264.
