Young Christmas card design winners
Four talented youngsters have won prizes from MP John Hayes in his annual Christmas Card competition.
Youngsters from Gosberton House Academy, The Garth School and The Priory School were invited to design their own cards.
John was extremely delighted with all of the entries and had a very hard task choosing the winners.
The winners, whose designs will now feature on the MP’s own Christmas cards, were: Jack Kirkham-Tebbs (age 5) from Gosberton House Academy, Jonny Bramley (11) and Callum Peacock (14) from from The Priory School and Harry Pringle (17) from The Garth School.
Sponsors of the event were: Springfields Outlet Shopping, Duncan & Toplis (David Gratton), Turners Fish Restaurant (Philip Hall, Broadgate Homes Ltd (Ian Canham and Carolyne Jones), Addo Food Group Spalding Bakery (Retesh Dosa), Moore Thompson (Mark Hildred), GBSG Ltd, Seagate Homes Ltd (Howard King) and Tonic Health (Michael Morris).
John said: “I enjoyed looking at all of the entries which were of a very high standard. The children, their families and the schools deserve to be very proud.”
