Snow and ice warning for Spalding area

The Met Office has issued a double weather warning for overnight snow and ice in south Lincolnshire.

It has issued a Yellow warning of snow from 6pm this evening (Monday) until 10am tomorrow (Tuesday). Heavier snow is predicted for Thursday.

It is warning of icy and snowy surfaces developing, which could results in injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces.

It also says there will probably be some icy patches on untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
