Sutton St Edmund widow's home is attacked by paint vandals for the second time this year

An 83-year-old widow is standing firm after a second paint attack outside her Sutton St Edmund home in as many months.

The woman, who asked not to be named for fear of repeat attacks, told police that two containers of emulsion paint were thrown across her lawn off Guanockgate Road at about 8pm on Sunday.

It is a similar incident to that which took place on Thursday, July 11, when cream paint was spilt onto the woman's driveway.
