William Biehler-Wallis and his grandfather Reinhard Biehler are photographed at Baytree Garden Centre during its annual Rose Festival.

This year’s event was in aid of Breast Cancer Now and, together with a raffle and sales of Nursery Fresh at Pinchbeck’s Time to Live rose, made £230 for the charity.

William said the festival’s offer of 20 per cent off home grown roses continues, and £2 from each sale of Time To Live will go to Breast Cancer Now, until Sunday. Roses were first sold at the roadside from the Morris Minor pick-up, Baytree’s first delivery vehicle.
