Queen's coronation anniversary marked

Villagers had a great time celebrating the anniversary of the Queen's coronation with a weekend of fun and games at Gedney Drove End.

Dances and sports were just some of the entertainment organised to celebrate the anniversary over the bank holiday weekend.

The fun and frolics were organised by the village's entertainment committee, which decided to re-run the Golden Jubilee events from the previous year with the funds it had left over.
