Raindrops Project opens house in 2000

By KentOnline reporter

Two years to the day sine the launch of the Raindrops Project was launched in Spalding, there was a special celebration in Royce Road.

A project house was officially opened and directors Tracey Baxter and Evelyn McKue cut the red ribbon.

The original idea to help the estate help itself came from helath visitor Ruth Nester.

And after consultation it was decided that the project should be launched to support the families on the estate.
