South Holland to benefit from Anglian Water metering upgrade plan

A £180million project to upgrade and install up to 760,000 water meters in homes and businesses across South Holland, Lincolnshire and eastern England will start next month.

Anglian Water is stepping up plans to protect future water resources by providing meters that allow customers to monitor their usage.

The new and improved water meters take regular, remote readings in what the company described as "the most water-stressed and fastest growing parts" of the region.
