Moultons big spring clean bags a brolly and a street sign
Volunteer litter pickers bagged a brolly, a sweatshirt and even a street sign as they blitzed the Moultons.
They also filled more than 20 bags with cans, bottles and food wrappers in The Moultons Parish Council Big Spring Clean.
It was the third big blitz in the three villages, Moulton, Moulton Chapel and Moulton Seas End.
Event organiser Andrew Woolf said: "Despite the blustery weather, councillors and volunteers came out to take part in the The Moultons Parish Council Big Spring Clean-Up.
"I was very pleased with the turn-out at the event. This is the third time we have arranged a clean up, and each time the number of people coming to help has grown.
"It’s great to see residents wanting to take pride in the area they live.
"I would sincerely like to thank members of the public and parish councillors for coming to help at the event.
"Without their support, we would not have been able to collect as much. It’s great to see the community spirit in our three villages.”
The parish council is also planning to hold a similar blitz in the autumn.
