A SPALDING band thrilled tens of thousands of music fans during a performance at London’s O2 Arena.
Rock bandVerax (pictured above) took to the stage at Live Fest in London, alongside chart-topper Tinchy Stryder.
Before the main set, the band played a special acoustic set at 7pm outside the arena to a 2,000-strong crowd.
They took to the main stage at 9pm, kicking off with Forest, a track featured in the Xbox game Rock Band, followed by a debut performance of Drive.
Verax then performed mass internet hit In Your Eyes and to finish the set, I Just Wanna Burn, much to the enjoyment of the crowd.
Live Fest organiser Chris Grayston said: “Verax were great crowd pleasers last year at the O2 which is why we invited them back again.
“Tinchy Stryder was performing on the main stage at the same time but it didn’t distract the crowd from what was an amazing Verax performance.”
Other artists performing at the gig included N-Dubz, The Hoosiers and heavy metal band Funeral For A Friend.
l Verax’s next gig is at the Voodoo Lounge in Stamford on August 19.
