SPALDING clergyman the Rev Vaughan Pollard is going home to his native Yorkshire to be vicar of Clayton, a village on the outskirts of Bradford.

Mr Pollard (52) moved to Spalding nearly four years ago to work across two parishes as Associate Vicar of St Mary and St Nicolas and St Paul’s.

His induction will be conducted by the Bishop of Bradford, the Rt Rev Nick Baines.

Mr Pollard and wife Karen have two children and a granddaughter.
