Three people were injured - two seriously - after an accident on the A52 Boston Road at Bicker yesterday (Friday) morning.

The road between the Donington (A52/A152) and Bicker Bar roundabouts (A52/A17) was closed all day after the crash involving three vehicles just before 10am. It is now open again.

Two ambulance cars and three crewed ambulances attended the scene and the driver of a beige Fiat 500 and his passenger suffered serious injuries and have both been taken to Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham.
