UPDATE: Attempted arson in West Street, Crowland

UPDATE: Police have confirmed that the attempted arson attack in Crowland in the early hours of Sunday happened at 2.45pm.

They say a man had attempted to deliberately ignite the front of a property in West Street, causing some damage to the door.

Officers are investigating this as arson and any witnesses should call 101 quoting incident number 54 of March 10.

PREVIOUSLY (SUNDAY, 1.08PM): Police say there was an attempted arson attack in Crowland in the early hours of this morning (Sunday).

They are appealing for any witnesses to the incident, in West Street at 2am, to come forward.
