Holly Barrett, a qualified meditation teacher, said: “Life is becoming increasingly stressful with work, relationships, social media etc.

“In these sessions, you will be able to experience meditation through a range of mindfulness activities.

“These will help to refocus your mind and recognise what is important in life. You will meditate to meditation scripts written by myself specifically for the selected theme of the week. Mindfulness meditation is for everyone and is a great way to relax and unwind.”
