Two-way lights on A15 at Bourne for water main repairs

Motorists have been warned to expect two-way traffic lights on the A15 in Bourne on Wednesday.

Anglian Water says it is having to return to North Road for follow up work after an issue with a water main.

It said that fresh works will begin at 6am on Wednesday - with the job 'expected to be complete within 24 hours'.

A spokesman said: "Harrington Street and St Gilbert's Street will be closed at the junction to the A15 while this work is carried out. However, access will be maintained for residents.

"We would like to thank everyone for their patience while we have been working this week and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused."
