Another 31-year-old, from Holbeach, has been released and remains under investigation.

The arrests followed a chase which, according to police, began in Cowbit and continued 'across South Holland', with a spiked strip 'stinger' device deployed.

Police hailed the teamwork between the Lincolnshire Police ARV (armed response vehicle) Unit, the National Police Air Service helicopter and South Holland officers in bringing the pursuit 'to a safe conclusion'.
