LEARN MORESpalding United's Gregg Smith channelled his inner-Brazilian flair with a spectacular haircut.
The Tulips striker imitated legendary forward Ronaldo's trim, which he first unveiled prior to the 2002 World Cup.
Smith took a trip to the barbers last Friday in a bid to save some cash.
He said: "I had a bit of a laugh with the lads. They said ‘you won’t do that, you won’t do that’.
"So I told them if they cut up my fines for the rest of the season, I’ll do it for the last game of the season.
"Low and behold, I turn up with a Ronaldo cut.
"I hated it. I’d have looked even more of an idiot if we lost the game."
Smith grabbed an assist as Spalding won 1-0 against Chasetown.
